And here are some other interesting "features":
You can subsequently go to File > Document Setup and change the margins,
after which newly inserted pages will create an automatic text frame
with the new margins, but not affect the previously created frames. A
potentially useful feature.
What seems a bit glitchy is that even though you may check Apply to All
Pages when you change margins, this may or may not take effect, but it
seems that repeating this process usually does apply it then.
If you do all this margin-switching, you will need to pay attention when
you create your PDF or print that the content isn't chopped off at the
margins.
