[scribus] GUI for PS-to-PDF conversion

Hi everyone,

I have just released the beta version of Moonshiner 1.0, which is a GUI
for Ghostscript's PS-to-PDF converter (i.e. basically a graphical ps2pdf).
Since my need for this (and hence my decision to write it) obviously
coincided very much with my use of Scribus, maybe it is of use to other
