[Scribus] Usability needs attention -- time for a feature moratorium?

I doubt we will have a "moratorium" for usuability except maybe right before
version 1.4. Just file the individual usability issues as bugs and we will
fix them
on the way.
As others have already said, we won't be able to fix some of those issues in
the
stable 1.3.3.x series. DnD, text layout and other text features are
basically
"no-go-areas" in 1.3.3.x. I also doubt we will fix any focus related stuff
like the
undo issue you mentioned.
Please file those bug reports, we really appreciate it!
