[Scribus] JPEG Library Error?

Hi all,

When trying to open an existing .sla file, I get the following error:

JPEG Library Error 
Application Transfered Too Few Scan Lines

It offers an OK button to press and then continues loading, the the error
message again and then crashed.

This has happened in 1.3.3.9, and now in 1.3.3.11, both on Windows.
