[scribus] Ubuntu amd64 "scribus" packages available

I've started using OpenSuse Build Service to produce Ubuntu amd64 packages. So
far Hardy (8.04) and Gutsy (7.10) packages are available from the usual place
- our Scribus Archive. See http://www.scribus.net/?q=debian for more
  information. If I work out the feisty (7.04) OBS building issues I'll add
that package on as well later.
