[scribus] Foreign Language (Polish?)

Hi,
please follow these steps to switch Scribus GUI to English, starting
from the main menu:

- Select Plik => Konfiguracja
- Switch the "Jezyk" (Language") drop down from "Polski" to "Angielski"
- Click on "OK" and enjoy Scribus in English
