Hi list My problem is deeper. I am on a win2k box now and cannot .pdf a 17x11 3 page print. EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION is the error. win2k is the os. I get the same error on a Vista machine and was blaming that for the crash. I'm quick to blame Gates first and research later. :) I'll go back and try the mandriva box next. Lee
