[scribus] select locked guides

[David Sarnowski]

I have set up my document and want to use guides to make sure I can align
things properly.  I have chosen "Lock Guides" to prevent them being shifted,
but I can no longer select them.  Does anyone know if you can select a
locked guide or do I have to unlock them and risk moving them?
