[Scribus] 2 questions

Typically among DTP applications, creating a PDF for Screen/Web produces a
72 DPI low resolution PDF that is suitable for viewing on the Internet in a
web browser. Creating a PDF for a "Printer" would apply both to your local
desktop printer or a Commercial Printer. The resolution for this type of PDF
usually defaults to 300 DPI but can range up to 2400 DPI or higher depending
on individual printer requirements. Anything over 300 DPI for your local
desktop printer is pretty much just wasting ink/toner though.
