[scribus] Setup of an A5 pamphlet

Hi All

I want to make an A5 pamphlet / zine using Scribus. Small print run, may
 be done on home printers.

My question is, do I setup my document as 32 A5 pages and work out the
pagination from there?
Or do I start from A4 pages and define the text flow to handle the
correct positioning of my output?

I see potential problems with both approaches, I would like to hear from
anyone who has experience which is less stressful / error-prone.
