[scribus] Feedback and ideas needed

Greetings,
Here is chapter one:

I made the previously suggested changes.
I added credits for referenced material and set up more styles for 
better control of indent, etc.

I set up an FTP account to access the files. If anyone has the time to 
look it over, I would appreciate it.

When I feel I am on the "write" track I will start on chapter 2.
