[scribus] up to date qt for 1.3.5svn for Fedora 9

For whatever reason, Fedora 9 has been rather silent with any updates 
for the last couple of weeks.

If you want to update your 1.3.5svn, you now find that you need 
something beyond the 4.3.5 Qt versions with stable Fedora repos.

The answer to this is to do this:

yum --enablerepo=updates-testing update qt

This should get you 4.4.1, and this use of updates-testing only commits 
you for this one command.
