i've started a wiki page with a list of impositions tools:
- please put only free (as in water) tools or software which is really good
at imposition (in that case it does not have to be free).
- if a platform does not have any free tool for a task, share/payware could
be added... but i don't think it will be necessary. (the goal is to avoid
listing a lot of crippled sharewares)
