[scribus] TOC instructions don't work on 1.3.5svn

Yes, I have that window. Looks exactly the same.

Assuming that window is what you were referring to, I added an item. I
have no idea what all the boxes are for, but I typed TOC in the left
box and then on Apply. Then I went to the Table of Contents and Indexes
window and I found that TOC finally appeared in the Item Attribute Name
drop-down. I selected it for the item I had already added. Then I went
to Extras > Generate Table of Contents and it worked!

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I think the wiki could
use some clarification.
