[scribus] Pictures Disappearing!

There can be some quirkiness at times that's confusing. The paths to 
find images are relative ones, so you never want to move your .sla file. 
Are you sure you're working with the same copy of the file as before? 
Maybe you created another one somewhere else.

Check Extras > Manage Images, and you may be able to find your missing 
images by doing a Search for them from the dialog.
