[scribus] putting Scribus on a CD

Well, at this point I've made a CD with Scribus and Ghostscript, and 
both install to a USB (after all the windows shenanigans with mounting 
the USB stick), and it seems to run off the USB. The acid test will be 
to run it at the hospital where I can't install software.
