If you are interested in bugs, then please look at
http://bugs.scribus.net/

But to answer your question, 1.3.3.13 is as stable as it is ever going
to get.

This version requires Qt3 and all effort is being directed towards
1.3.5 which uses Qt4

You should receive much pleasure in using 1.3.3.13. It is very stable
