OK folks, this development cycle is getting more confusing every 
day. 1.3.5.1 is "released" but Linux packagers like Debian are 
still supposed to use 1.3.3.13 or 1.3.3.14? 
Will 1.3.5.x be renamed 1.40 at some point? That was the plan last I 
heard.

Tell me true: what is the latest stable release of Scribus?
