[scribus] Story Editor Toolbars Bug?

I just discovered something. If you undock all the toolbars, and then
re-dock them, you can make them take up as many rows as you want. I
just did so, and now I have all the options readily available with no
drop-downs. This also keeps them off my desktop, since Scribus can't
figure out how to minimize them when Scribus is minimized.

I still think there is a bug. If a user undocks the toolbars they
should still minimize when the program is minimized. They should not
stay on the desktop like the remains of last night's dinner.
