[scribus] receiving same error message "can not write the file" for exporting pdf like judy

Hi there,

I just installed scribus 1.3.3.13 - and I still cannot export a Pdf.
In the save-pdf-menue the PDF/x-3-thing is still inactive so that I can't 
make any changes there.
