Yes, Mads, we're working on this too. Similar situation with the 
prohibitive cost for shipping by air, prohibitive time involved for 
shipping by sea from Canada. So we hope to have at least one more 
printer somewhere in the EU.

We know from Craig that Amazon is indeed shipping, but not sure about 
the typical expected time from order to receiving the book by that means.
