[scribus] How long to ship manual from FLES?

The good news is that FLES has shipped my manual. The bad news is I 
don't have any idea how long it takes to ship it to the USA. Are we 
talking weeks? Months? Days? 

Offering the same manual through the printer LSI would certainly speed 
up delivery to USA users.
