So it is a major unstable release.

Sure i have read much on this, and i do understand very well ...
that it require a lot to explain again and again,
since Scribus numbering scheme is obviously error-inducing.
(not affordant, eh?)

All the more error inducing when 1.3.5 "unstable releases" is officialy
introduced as a "major release".

Maybe improving these numbering and naming practices
would reduce the volume of misunderstanding ?
