[scribus] Speed and CPU

It is 1.3.5 Rc2, installed from the scribus repository right after
Craig? put it up there. But Scribus has always been slow, including all
previous versions. I also have 1.3.3.12 installed (although I no longer
use it) and it is also slow.

If all versions are slow, and others with similar equipment report
faster speeds, then the problem must be something related to the OS.
