Yes.  It's in  the "Everything" directory that's part of a stock Fedora
install.  Scribus itself is not part of the default installation but telling
the installer (yum or a gui front-end) to install Scribus gives you
scribus-1.3.5-0.12.beta.fc11.

So when someone tells you to install Scribus on Fedora 11, you'll install
version 1.3.5.

To get around that you have to compile and install your own 1.3.3.13 rpm and add
"exclude=scribus*" to /etc/yum.conf so the system won't attempt to "update"
Scribus to version 1.3.5.
