Just to show you how messed up printing on Linux is, here is how I
finally got correct output:
Set the Printer to default of TabloidExtra, no duplex, Portrait.
Open the PDF (exported from Scribus) in Okular
Print by setting in the printer Properties tab the margins to -0- and
the orientation to Portrait
The landscape page then prints centered on the page in landscape mode.
If I tell it to print in landscape mode the output is portrait.
But Okular prints only one copy at a time because its "number of
copies" drop-down option is broken. And when you go to reprint it
remembers nothing of the options you set the previous time, so you have
to click - type - click - type all the way through the print dialog
boxes over again for each copy.
This time I needed only 20 copies. I sure hope I find a better way
before the time comes when I need several hundred copies of this cover.
