Well id you downloaded the svn out of the repository today and rbuilt 
it, all would be sweet.

What i suspect you have is an svn snapshot compiled for windows some 
time ago. Those snapshots are updated every nowand then and if you just 
bide your time, an update will be made.

Then again you could compile your own?
