[scribus] Converting objects to guides

Not builtin, but as this should be quite easy to do in the scripter,
someone might already have done it (anyone?). Note, however, that
Scribus -- as opposed to Inkscape -- doesn't know diagonal guides (yet),
so if the object you're converting has borders that are neither
horizontal nor vertical, you can't create a fitting guideline, be it
manually or automatically.
