[scribus] stroke under text and vertical alignment

ok, the attachment are not welcome.

i have to place a black line under text limited by paragraph (so, underline 
not just the text)

the paragraph have different margins left and right, and the two margins must 
be different.

the line must be black, 1pt height.

is there any way i can do it?
