[scribus] Retrieving errant text frame

Using 1.3.5 April 19 on Ubuntu jaunty.
I have a document of 66 pages with text frames on most of them. Toward
the end there are about 15 frames that are linked. I clicked on the
third from the last and it disappeared. However, I can see the dotted
threading lines. It appears to have gone down to the basement under my
feet. It's a long way down there.
I wish I could snag that dotted line on the screen and pull the frame
back up again. I scrolled all the way down to the end (lots of blank
area without pages), but the frame did not appear.
I also tried putting the cursor in the frame before the missing frame
and then just using the arrows to move the cursor to the missing frame.
When I got to the end of the frame I was in it lost focus, so I know
the cursor was in the missing frame. It's just not visible.
I've read bug reports on this, so I know it is not normal. It's just
the first time I've been bitten by it.
Can someone suggest a way to get my frame back?
