[scribus] Is there a feature text-along-path in Scribus?

Hi there,

I'm currently using Scribus 1.3.3.13 on my Mac (10.5.7) having  
installed aqua-scribus with fink.
It is awesome and really the best version of Scribus I've used over  
the years.
So, thank you all for that! :-)

Now, I was looking for a feature, that helps me put text along or  
rather onto a path and found this:

In the discussion from 2006 Andreas Vox says, that this feature  
already exists in Scribus.
I don't seem to be able to find it though.
Any help?
