[scribus] PDF text field not interactive

please, if you're using a recent version of scribus (1.3.3.13 or
1.3.5.1) report those bug to http://bugs.scribus.net by uploading
the .sla and the generated pdf (you can mark them as private if they
contain information not meant for a broader public).
