[scribus] bleed with cut-off

Thanks for the fast reply. I made the image frame & image bigger than the
original page but still the picture doesn't extend the cut-off lines. Also
fiddling around with document settings and pre-press settings doesn't do the
job. I'm stuck.

At least in Scribus, bleed doesn't work by enlarging or shifting any of
your layout. You must make your image frame larger than the orginal page
or have it extend beyond its border(s).
