[scribus] Vertical align of text / aligning text with horizontal lines

Hi,
I am using the tabs-way you described below as well.
But it has a drwaback: right-aligned tab filler dopesn't aligned correctly.
I submitted a bug report about it a few months ago.

But the bug is not corrected yet.
Its really hard to make good looking forms with tabs.
