[scribus] Mailing List Search

On October 3rd I posted this question:

The mailing list search function (http://search.srem.org/) is not working
(for me) even with a broadband connection.  Am I missing something or is
there a technical problem somewhere?

I received this answer:

This search function is outdated since we have moved all lists to another
server/provider. You should contact the guy who is running the search engine
and ask him to update it.

I have to admit that I do not know nor can I find "the guy who is running
the search engine" despite sending emails to several what I thought were
likely contacts.

I could use more specifics (link or email) please.
