[scribus] Missing footer in imported odt file

Hi Mike,

Don't send HTML messages.

Other than that, you're not doing anything wrong. Scribus import from 
oowriter files does not handle things like headers and footers. If you 
think about it, bringing in the footer to a frame-based environment like 
Scribus has doesn't make a lot of sense.
