[scribus] Scribus on Ubuntu

Hello all,

I tried it out: Ubuntu comes along with the stable 1.3.3.13svn and a 
"NG" version which is 1.3.5svn from January.

With both versions, I had absolute no problems. Both programs are 
looking a little bit strange on a Gnome-system, but they are doing their 
work.

Perhaps we should give the people, who still have problems with Scribus 
on Ubuntu, the recommendation to upgrade to the newest version?
