[scribus] 1.3.3.x to 1.5.0 gotcha

In a foolish moment I volunteered to take someone's cover file sla and save 
it in X/1-a format from my 1.5.0 Scribus installation. But when I imported 
the sla file into 1.5.0 the ability to save in the needed pdf X/1-a format 
disappeared. Now I will have to reproduce the cover in 1.5.0 more or less 
from scratch.  

I can't figure out why an imported file from an earlier format would cripple 
this feature but there it is.

Any thoughts?
