I presume you can Google or Yahoo as well as I can. Here are my results:

1, Zamzar is a mostly free online conversion service. Larger files may incur 
a charge.

2. If you highlight all the components in the MS Publisher file, click copy and 
then go into a word document and click paste, it will copy all the text and 
pictures. You may have to adjust it a bit once its in MSWord. This requires a 
copy of Publisher of course. 

3. Have the Publisher owner save the file as html. This will give you an 
editable file. That file can be imported into Open Office or edited by other 
means. 

Now there are three solutions I discovered in about ten minutes work. Let's 
get back to Scribus.
