[scribus] master page object levels

Hi friends,
i'm building a graphic novel with Scribus,

i would to enumerate the 99 pages;

these pages have the same background image black on over the page area;

if i apply the automatic page numbering by master page everything is
perfect: the pages are numbered automatically and correctly, but..

the page number stay under each element, especially to the black
background and therefore not visible;

how could put over any levels the master page?
