[scribus] Can't open 1.3.5.1 documents in 1.3.3.14 (Windows)

As with most software you may not be able to open a document produced with a 
newer version in an older version. 1.3.3.14 is older than 1.3.5. and the file format has 
been changed in the interval between them.
I suggest you try 1.3.8 in place of 1.3.3.14. 
If you really need to use  1.3.3.14 perhaps someone more knowledgeable than I can 
help.
