Thos are the ones used in Norway, and OOo correctly sets them in.
You can use the same function to individually change your preference to
other German quotation marks.
And when you write, the few cases where OOo does it wrong can be
handled, as mentioned. At least for me it is easier that way than
without this function.

That said, on Linux I can use alt gr + z for « and alt gr + x for »
and so I can use correct quotation marks (also for two of the German
variants mentioned) all the time in all programs. Cool, huh?
