[scribus] Cannot reopen a Scribus document

I'm very interested in this idea.
Especially as it will allow to sharpen the photos in Digikam and re-export
them to Scribus when I know their real size. That was bothering me, as the
sharpening should be the last edit to be done.

Automatic scaling is convenient as long as I'm working on the draft.
However, in order to provide the best printing quality, I think the photos
should not be edited, nor resized after they have been sharpened (and raw
pictures definitely need sharpening). This should not be too big a problem
as Digikam batch tool can resize/sharpen/export pictures in one go ...
provided I've not too many formats, as I will need to make one batch per
output format.
