[scribus] How to make a PDF HD

a/ don't the open the pdf in scribus but in a pdf reader (as you did)

b/ you're supposed to do a similar pdf from scribus... and by reading the jpg you've attached, i think you should be able to meet the print shop's requests.

i will try to create a similar howto for scribus... but i will first have to get the french terms correct!
