[scribus] Problem upgrading from 1.3.8 to 1.3.9

Hi,

If you are following KDE:Factory, then please try again to upgrade to a 
later build rev eg 1.3.9-6.1.x86_64.rpm when it becomes available.

Also check podofo and libpodofo are installed.

I'll test this shortly on another 11.3 system soon.
