[scribus] Thank you - problem solved

Problem: upgrading to 1.3.9 fro, 1.3.8. Scribus would not start.

Solution: Removed previous install then went to Home:mrdocs and used one
click install to get most current 1.3.9. Scribus now functional.

 Thanks to Peter for the suggestion. This is a remarkably responsive
organization and I look forward to the time when the foundation is set up
and I can make a direct contribution.
