[scribus] Preferences vs. Document Settings

Dave, 

File->Preferences->Display is there on my Windows 7 machine. Did you scroll 
down? It is 6 from the bottom.

File->Preferences sets the defaults for all documents, File->Document Setup affects 
only the current document.
