[scribus] 1.3.9. not in debian-scribus.net?

Scribus 1.3.9 is in the Debian testing repository.

deb http://debian.scribus.net/debian/ testing main

and works OK on my unstable system. Mixing testing with unstable is not 
something I normally like to do but I couldn't wait.

I think the unstable version is being held up by Debian because of 
Scribus bug #9549. Perhaps someone can tell us if the bug will be fixed 
soon or will it have to wait until the next minor upgrade?
