[scribus] X and Y coordinates in a two-pages document

Click on the square in the upper left corner of the rulers (where the
vertical and horizontal rulers join) and then you can drag the origin to
wherever you want it. I don't know if there is a palette or dialog box
somewhere so you can set it manually.
