I would say that the _primary_ goal of a question-answer pair is that
that questioner was able to get his question asked sensibly and that it
was answered reasonably completely. The rest of us are just bystanders.
The feeling of being left out that English speakers have sometimes is a
reminder that those who understand English only a little feel like this
most of the time with what they read here.
As we have said before, if you want some help understanding a post in
English or some other language, it's just a matter of asking. In many
cases, when it is recognized that some information is important and
novel, someone will jump in and translate for the wider audience. Many
of these other language exchanges, while piquing the interest of
English-speakers, really involve things that have been explained before
in English and were not understood fully.
